Anti-aging: removing false beliefs and misleading theories.


Nowadays when people hear the word "longevity", they think of an anti-aging wrinkle cream or the latest anti-aging product that is supposed to make you look younger and add years to your life in an easy pop-the-pill-once-a-day sort of way. I'm amused by the mentality of thinking that adding something to your daily routine will stop you from aging. People could be eating junk food all their life, their idea of exercise involving the use of a remote control, and yet they expect a complete solution to all their accumulation of bad habits in a form of a new anti-aging therapy or a longevity-enhancing "secret" that had just been released to the masses.

Funny, isn't it?

And yet, I talk to people with this mentality almost every day. They don't want to change the bad habits that contribute to aging- all they want is a quick fix. They all get disappointed, sooner or later. But do they learn lessons from their failed discoveries? Not likely. It is always the product's fault- not their approach to longevity and well-being, and they move on to trying new things and fail, over and over again.

Let me tell you a secret. It's very simple to understand but very hard to implement in real life. Ready?

You CAN live longer. Much longer than most people think. All you have to do is to remove all the aging factors that wear and tear your body, and also add supporting factors that replenish and sustain bodily functions.

Sounds simple? Of course it does! But you would be surprised how hard it is to understand and implement these simple truths. Even the leading heads of anti-aging industry that are supposed to point you in the right direction lack the simple and effective strategy that has even the slightest chance of success for regular folks like you and I. Buying anti-aging supplements or any other longevity products is the final step you should think of taking. If you miss all the steps before that, you will fail and will just waste your hard earned money. Been there, done that.

So here is the deal.

This site is a guide for you with simple chronological steps on how to do it the right way. From start to finish. It's an accumulation of my 20+ years of personal research into longevity that will cover everything: body, mind and spirit. All you have to do is to keep an open mind and put effort into implementing these steps. Even if you try only 20% of what I recommend, you will be much better off than taking advice from any single leading/popular anti-aging book or "guru".

When most people decide to change their lifestyle and adopt healthier means of existence, they almost always miss this important step that will determine right from the start if they are going to succeed or fail: detoxification. You see, your body is like an engine that have been working in extremely hard conditions for most of your life. Not so perfect diet, stress, lack of sleep and exercise among other things contribute to accumulation of waste, nutritional deficiencies and energy blockages that will NOT go away until you deal with them DIRECTLY and in the most effective way.

Colon, liver, gallbladder, spleen, kidneys, blood, skin are major routes your body uses to deal with toxins and waste, and these pathways gets overworked or simply blocked over years and don't function properly. Just imagine your toilet gets clogged up - anything you add to it will just aggravate the situation. But this is exactly what happens when people decide to go on a fast or switch drastically to a healthy diet. Your body will start dumping waste and other crap not needed through major elimination channels but if they are not cleared, you will have a major "traffic jam" and thus health side-effects associated with it. Lack of energy, killer headaches, skin irruptions, constipation, gas, liver problems, bad smell oozing off your body, nausea... Just enough to convince you to go back to your old unhealthy ways and for people close to you to critique what you are doing and sidetrack you from your goals. Is this what you want? Getting back to your 30 minute toilet "library" once a day because your colon is too blocked to have a normal 1-minute bowel movement?

Also, it's very important to notice that until you clean your colon, liver and other organs, all the healthy foods, vitamins/minerals and herbal supplements will by a big waste of money as you will never be able to absorb and use them in the most productive way. This is the biggest mistake most people make and the most common one: healthy additions to your diet are useless if they pass right through you because of digestion inefficiency. The only way you can benefit from them if they are introduced right into your blood stream bypassing the stomach or sublingually through your mouth (that's another topic).

It doesn't have to be this way. If you intentionally clean your detoxification channels in your body, your first few months of a new healthy lifestyle will be a breeze and you will feel great right from the start. It's not that hard to do anyway. All you need is a little knowledge of the proper order to clean your body and some money to get started.

Colon is the major pathway your body uses to expel all the food waste and toxins coming with food, water and air. No proper bowel elimination = No health. If you don't have at least 1 bowel movement after every meal you eat, your colon is not functioning properly (or at least not the way it's supposed to function). Over the years your high-fat diet (and even a healthy diet to some extent) left layers of toxic excrement and slime in your colon/intestines that are incredibly toxic.
